ich hoffe ihr habt alle die Weihnachtszeit gut überstanden und gut in das neue Jahr reingefeiert. Ein Umstand der zum Jahreswechsel hin viele aus den Latschen haut: 2-3 Drinks zu viel und schon ist der nächste Tag verloren. Nicht dass das ein Problem wäre. Doch das Jahr mit einem richtigen “Tag” anzufangen ist schonmal kein schlechter Anfang.
Meine Meinung: Wer viel feieren kann, der kann noch viel mehr… also heißt es sich auch am 1.1.2016 aus dem Bett quälen (wenn möglich schon vor 14.00h und einfach mal das neue Jahr genießen. Sei es bei einem Spaziergang mit Freunden, so wie ich es zum Beispiel gemacht habe, oder bei einer Joggingrunde.
Lasst auch den Wohlfühlpart nicht weg. Wie schon erwähnt: Ausschlafen ist essenziell um nach einer durchzechten Silvesternacht wieder einigermaßen fit aus den Federn zu kommen. Das plus der sportlich Part mit einem gemütlichen Filmabend hinterher ist die ideale Mischung. So habt ihr den “faulen” Tag optimal genutzt: Entspannt und trotzdem weitestgehend produktiv.

Hey guys,
hope you had a good christmas time with your family and a wonderful new years evening with all of your friends. But there is one thing that drives most of us a little bit crazy due to the turn of the year: two to three drinks to many and a wonderfull new years eve turns out to be a day killer. If you can party hard you should be able to get back to life quite properly as well.
So get yourself right out of bed on the first of January (if possible before 2 p.m) and go for a stroll throught the city or jogging. This already strengthens your resolves from the first day of the year.
And also do not miss the relaxing part of the day. Like I said: Having a lie-in is essential to be prepared for the new years day with some power left. So have a look that your course of the day is fairly embalanced between the sportive part (starting the day off with jogging or a stroll) and the relaxing part ( having a nice movie night with your friends and some sweets to treat yourself).
